Nashville Fashion Week is here! Local designers come together to showcase Music City’s diverse style for a cause.

Nashville Fashion Week is in full swing this week here in the Music City kicking off last night with the opening night runway shows at The Pinnacle in Nashville. The city-wide celebration of the city’s vibrant fashion and retail community featuring local, regional and national design talent in fashion events and shows, and promoting for both locals and visitors to explore the city’s diverse fashion and retail spaces throughout the week with promotions, partnerships and educational workshops, according the NFW website.

NFW is founded and directed by a mixture of fashion, retail and media professionals who have joined resources and energy to create events this week that spotlights Nashville’s growing fashion industry.

Nashville Fashion Week ticket proceeds will benefit the newly established Nashville Fashion Forward Fund, to be administered by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

The Nashville Fashion Forward Fund will be awarded annually to advance the careers of select local talent who have demonstrated experience in a fashion-related field, according to the NFW website. The events continue throughout the week and end Saturday night with the NFW Closing Party at the Anthem in Nashville.
